Is there a way to make someone have immunity so that they cant be banned by other admins but yet, other admins can still be able to kick/slay them.

In other words, you wanne to restrict Only BAN for admins.

Simply edit the cmd_target code and remove the immunity check for those commands.

No, I just don't want other admins banning other admins so I want to find a way to put immunity on them but I still want them to be able to kick/slay eachother.

Here you go
All I did was searching in the code for all the cmd_target's and removed CMDTARGET_OBEY_IMMUNITY from all except in the ban and banip functions.
