Is there any way for those plugins to "detect" the changes made by your plugin?

Might make compatibility easier for some.

can you add a txt file where we could write our own message in the connection window?

I'm of the understanding that this necessity has been implemented into the latest Mani/Beetles admin mods (with Duke's help), is this the case?

there was a steam update i think it might have caused this plugin not to work anymore

Yes this thread can be locked.

They've added a new way to query cvars. I don't know anything about it yet or whether you can exec anything on clients or not.
