Allows players to buy a temporary Shield.

Commands
!protect -allows players to buy god mode for a short period of time

Tested for css only but should work for any game.

Put the smx file into addons/sourcemod/plugins
And put the sp. file into addons/sourcemod/scripting

Please post below if you find any bugs.
