Lose frags for TK

Short Description
Then somebody get a team kill, he lose some frags.

Cvars
amx_frags_tk - Lost frags for teamkill.

//amx_frags_tk 10 = amx_frags_tk -10 ( the same as )
// defualt:10
// 0 -> nothing lose

Cache the value of read_data(1) and read_data(2) in variables.
and if this is gonna be cs only, you should include cstrike and use cs_get_user_team()

It's fine how it is.

I though get_user_team() could return false results on counter-strike.

That's only when a player switches team while alive, and it kills the player.
The player's new team is not updated to the get_user_team() value until the next round (or maybe next spawn, not exactly sure).
In this case, you are only checking when players kill each other, so get_user_team() is fine.

Another example of people giving advice about things they don't know about.
