.txt goes into cstrike/addons/amxmodx/configs/

Small update

v1.2 Removed the advertise time "Adverts" only show on player spawn This fixes the spam that some servers got added new cvar vip_advertise

No.

When a player spawns it shows those messeges and he will get them again after X minutes (5, 6, 7...)
