Rant:

I'm tired of seeing people ask for someone to find something for them or ask a question that has already been answered.
And then comes along another user who just spoon feeds them the answer instead of telling them to search.

Then there are people who ask for what keywords to search with.
Is it that hard to use the words you used to describe the plugin you're looking for and put them in the search box?

Then there are people who bump too early, even after I've deleted like 10 of their bumps before.
I'm going to start locking threads with more than 1 early bump.
If I notice that you bump early once in a thread, but I have deleted early bumps from you before, I'm just going to lock it instead of deleting that bump.
Also, deleting your last post in the thread that you said something didn't work, then posting the same content as if the other post never existed, that is still a bump.
Making more than one topic for one single issue of yours is considered bumping (yes, I do check if they exist).

I'm also tired of the people who don't have descriptive topic titles.
Your title says "need help" or "help fast need this now!" or "can't find this plugin" or put "!!!" in the title like it's more important than other topics.
If you can't make a title that summarizes the content of your post, then it will be locked with a message saying to make it descriptive.
If you can take the time to describe it in your post, you can describe it in your title.

There are users who insist on posting in all bold so it will be read like it is more important.
And there are users WHO ALWAYS INSIST ON USING CAPS BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO YELL FOR US TO HEAR THEM AND THEN ADD EXCESSIVE EXCLAMATION MARKS!!!! AFTER EVER SENTENCE THEY WRITE!!!
Some users try to put [quote] tags around some code they post, or no tags at all.
They just paste the code directly into the post.
[code] and [php] tags should be used for code.
If you want to use [pawn] or [small] tags, use it only on short code so it doesn't stretch the thread.

There are also users who say things that only Administrators/Moderators/Plugin Approvers should be saying.
They might be saying rules that the user broke, or saying that their plugin must be [un]approved.
If you aren't assigned to one of those positions on this forum, there is no need to act like one.
We are here to do those actions, not you.
Then there are users who try to give advice on Scripting when they are just as horrible as or worse than the original poster.
Don't try to help if you aren't sure of what you're talking about.
Also, if you know little enough to make working code, the code you may post to help someone most likely will be the least inefficient code for what they are asking when compared to what an experienced coder can post for them.

Lastly, I'm tired of seeing lordshiva's 15 accounts all over this forum without anyone doing anything about it.
I've reported him several times and even PM'd an administrator about it.
Yet, I see all of his accounts still working.
I'm not the only one who thinks that it is lordshiva.
I know that xPaw agrees with the ones I told him about, and I even saw KadiR (who may be unnecessary, but still is a member nonetheless) call one of those accounts as lordshiva.

I forgot to talk about the people who can't even speak English, but insist on posting outside of the Multilingual section where they belong.
If you are going to post outside of that section, speak in English.
That goes for the people who can speak more than one language.
I've seen side conversations go on in Russian (just an example) in a thread between two users who can speak Russian and English.
You are in the English-speaking forum, so speak only English.
