Limit Team Size for JailBrake

Hi guys! I have a Jail Brake server, and i want to limit the ct team to MAX 3 player. And the Ct team have 3 player, i want can not connect more player! Sry my bad english!

Yeah, but i have rly bad english and i don't found anything... i try "sourcemod team limit", "team size" but i don't found anything sry
