3.0.0 release

Changelog
  • Now updated to be compatible with the OB engine
  • Rebranded as GameTech WarMod
  • Added automatic updating
  • Updated statistics (livewire)
  • Added wm_warmup_respawn CVAR (deathmatch-like)
  • Added wm_score_mode - two modes: 'best of' (e.g. league format) and 'first to' (e.g. aim competitions)
  • Removed dependence on the hacks extension
  • Updated to the latest sockets extension
  • Updated SourceMod and MetaMod Source
  • Various other bug fixes and improvements
@Lenfitz: It includes stripper and I will add zBlock when the update gets released

Thanks for all your hard work.
I like many others realy apreciat you guys getting this working again.
If you get a chance to look at the lo3 time between restarts would be awesome

Hi 1260, Many thanks. I've uploaded 3.0.0 and copied over the top.

I do get this issue and cannot enter the server. In console/screen I get this message

Connection to Steam servers successful.
VAC secure mode is activated.
<LiveWire> Disconnected
L 06/29/2010 - 1323: World triggered "Round_Start"
L 06/29/2010 - 1323: WarMod triggered "round_freeze_end"

The above message is the last message. It appears to load fine and even shows vac enabled but looks like it throws the server into freeze mode.

Originally I was running metamod 1.8.3 and sourcemod 1.3.4 and loaded straight over the top with the new 3.0.0 warmod

If in ruleset_global.cfg file I set wm_active "0" the server does not freeze and I can enter the server ok. If I then set wm_active "1" and change map it appears ok. I'm wondering if because there are no players on the server when round_freeze_end is activated during startup might be the cause?. The server freezing only happens when I start the server from cold start.

That sounds quite strange, I'd have to look at the server to debug a bit. Is it linux or windows?

Here is my opinions:

- Your lo3.cfg doesn't work any more, it's just like lo1, use live-on-three plug-in instead (search in sourcemd), or wait for zb_lo3.

Its linux. I run 4 servers with this mod and they all do the same thing. But the workaround (wm_active 0) in ruleset_global.cfg allows it to not load the "round_freeze_end" and boot normally. Then if I change wm_active 1 in the cfg file and change map it works fine.

I guess its just one of those weird things and we can live with it.

can you release warmod as separate plugin, without mms and sm included?
also dont forget to attach source

That is odd... as it doesn't do it for me

Also, sv_nomvp just removes the middle part in the 'end-of-round-box', which is why I've defaulted it to 0 as it doesn't really do much.
