I have the command mp_ignore_round_win_conditions 1 and mp_roundtime "30" and mp_timelimit "30".

but when there's a vote, when you get to 30 minutes per map time, you don't change the map

easy just force end it by download the plugin at Attach Files

It auto detect mp_timelimit as soon hit 0 it will type in chat and will end it
