The purpose of this plugin is fixing (custom) zoomed "view" models. Basically, there are models that you can still see when you are zooming with a weapon, so this plugin simply removes that. If you don't get it, here you are an example of what I said before:

Why don't you check read_data(1) instead of pev_fov ? (i know result should be the same).

Ok i think there are 2 problems.

I think that First scout zoom is 45 and not 35, or second awp zoom is 10 and scout is 15, can't remember, but one of them is different according to weapon.
I think you could just fix it checking if 0 < fov < 55 (55 or whatever value that delimits when you see the black circle or not).
Second problem i think of is that if a plugin sends strip_user_weapon, fov will be reset and your plugin will try to restore the viewmodel, so you should check first get_user_weapon.

this works for any mod or zp 4.3 cus it dosnt say.
