i think this plugin would be easily made with Cookies instead of sql

I'm up if you need help. I was thinking about using another discord API instead of DeathKnife, cuz it's a bit outdated. Maybe we can make it work using zipcore's one

1. Probably fixed every previous error
2. Players have to verify their account on discord
3. Discord<->Server chat relay (With steam avatars+names)
4. Webhooks:
   -Mapchange
   -Bans (sbpp_main)
   -Comms (sbpp_comms)
   -Reports (sbpp_reports)

I've seen a thread about executable commands through discord
Log relay to discord, also admin action logs

Shortly I will make a video and the wiki page so everyone can set up everything easily

These options in the case would be to show changes to Maps, and show the Bans, Comms and Reports on the servers, just like the correct SourceBans++?

Can we disable these options if we want to? Leave the SourceBans++ ones.

You can toggle everything(If I remember well), I will make a detailed list about the convars later
I haven't got much time to test everything atm, so I just released the current state, probably it will be easier to find and fix bugs
