Hey there, so I've been trying to add player-models for a while now. I have managed to add a player skin but only I can see the textures.. other players just see the playermodel as black but it looks correct when I use thirdperson or mirror.

I am trying to make a store for playerskins, with Zephyrus's Store plugin

I searched around for relevant posts and found these two:

So I think what I am supposed to do is use SM Downloader to force players to download the correct files but I'm not sure.

I have a FastDL that automatically converts my models/materials to BZ2 files, does this mean that I only need to use gameserver files if they are provided with a playermodel?

Also I've seen this thing on gamebanana called "Unknowns skin installer" or something, is this relevant to putting skins on your server?

Any tips for adding playermodels to your server would be much appreciated!

Okay well I tried deleting my files and letting the server re-downloading them, now the model is black for me as well. Not sure if it's because of me deleting the files though as it didn't happen straight away..
