Steam group kick plugin?

So it turns out I cannot get cURL extension to load.
I saw the message about needing a Windows update package in the bottom of the OP but my server computer is 32bit so I can't download it. ;_; Anyone else willing to test this?

The plugin returns "[SM] Could not retrieve targetted user's friends list." on anyone that I target with both of the ban commands.

I tested this on user that was not my steam friend but had a completely public profile settings. (Was in a group chat with this person for the test)
