Can someone make to turn off this plugin and if i want to turn on?

Like example: csstats_enable 1 = turns on, csstats_enable 0 = turns off.

Why i need this? csstats_sql_weapons if i set to 0 it still writing to DB... Can anyone fix or make csstats_enable on/off ? Thanks if someone can make it saves my life!
