tl;dr If you want your money back just go find interpol/cyber police. Or, you can get it sorted out with him to make your bucks worth. Your leaking his plugin, your reducing your server's uniqueness.

You showed me your plugin on the same server you took those screenshots from. On that dust_2 map.. i could be running around testing it myself while you took it.
Look when this guy joined the forums.
All of his posts are in this one protecting dawe the scammer.
Unless psychonic postes a screenshot here of this working on his server, without any changes made to files. I will beleive it.

Bara,Numb, he cant scam everyone all the time. He scammed me because i had problems with his friend Zephyrus...
He blocked me right away he gave me the plugin, i was sending him mssgs like a retard not knowing i was blocked the whole time..

Did you tryed the compiled version which came with it? Any error logs?

You put it on a test server? Sourcepawn is limited, and I don't think he using a random exts that have control over the system and have it installed magicly? I have no idea which party to take but something is wrong and you can't deny that the person who wrote this gang plugin have some decent knowledges and prove them into his code. It not I'm defending him, I don't even know him but that the least you can do, you must start some where, open an empty server run the compiled version check errors logs if everything seem fine than try to compile, post line errors if there is and we may find out a solution.

His use of the forum was being proxied via a server Imdawe controls, and afaict, Zephyrus has nothing to do with.

actually it was indeed me, although due to the fact that i know denes irl and that ive also clashed with shitler before my opinion would have seemed biased. and by the way that pic was taken by me and i did test it myself, i got it running in less than a minute:

1. upload all files
2. make an entry called "gangs" in databases.cfg
3. import sql manually

and it worked just fine. also, it can be easily checked whether the files inside the zip are custom binaries or not (they are not), just do a crc on the compile.exe and check the checksum of the compiled plugins .. i do not agree with those 2 things he has done but this is not a scam and can be confirmed by anyone in less than a minute
