I don't know about everyone else, but having near 13,000 users in my database it seems to bog down the server.

I think there should be a feature, a sql script or anything to purge inactive players. I think it would be of much help.

That shouldn't slow down the server, if its coded correctly. Deleting users is a bad idea imo. What sympthons do you get? Slow map loading or slow website?

When I try to view the users page of my store webpanel, my browser just shits itself and dies. cannot do anything on that page, there are just too many users being displayed.
Tried accessing the users page on chrome and firefox with same results; both browsers shitting themselves to death. That page is inoperable for me due to the amount of users and it is very crucial for me to use that page.

I refuse to believe that I am the only one that is having this problem.

I propose couple of changes that should solve this nasty issue.

1. Add pagination to the users page, display 100 results per page or maybe let users pick how many they want to display.. 10, 50, 100, 500, etc.
2. Let us search people by their steam IDs and Auth IDs..

Problem solved.

This is the reason i stopped using this a long time back. Takes too long to read the db. I made a special plugin that will read and list. Also allows adding with pre-filled fields (or partial) for speed of adding.

I just go into phpmyadmin every month and delete all users with under 10 credits. Makes everything load a lot faster.

I will add pagination to the webpanel as soon as I have time for it.

The best way to implement a auto purging option would be to add a last_seen filed at the users table and the option to delete users that have not been on the server for a certain amount of time.
