No it is not. Any functional plugin can be decompiled. Maybe not fully, but enough to be able to recreate it.

Decompile plugin isnt so easy as you think , but you can try ^^

Only for we want to know S34Qu4K3 is working in an auto descompiler, for the moment doesnt exist any beta , but exist's changelogs about the creation , we wish to get it in some days , Some info is posted in Spanish Seccion , Off-Topic zone .
