There shouldn't be any major differences between FTP and local hosting.... I'm sorta clueless because if you put it in your plugins.ini and you made a mistake when entering it, it should give a bad load error... But you say it's entered properly.

yeah i entered it right its just now my servers not responding and keeps retrying connection

He's probably missing whatever extra files pokemod requires to be on the server (models/sounds/etc...)

ok i fixed everything it all works now server ip is 65.99.193.89:27015 its out of Dallas
