My plugin read texts from .ini but I want to that will not read //.
I mean plugin would ignore line if that line start with //
Can anyone help me about that?

Actualy, you can comment line with ; (; must be the first character on line - white chars are trimmed) like:

lineA
lineB
;lineC - commented line
lineD

If you still insist on // I can do it. - rather not
