I think i got the general idea of using FTP with Shero but i still got a few questions -
How do i save a cvar code into my server, because when i put it into the shcfg.cfg* or at least when i enter it, i cannot edit it, so im think that i wont be able to past anything into it aswell. (*i know where to put it, i just forgot the name of the file). For example, if i want to set Superman's health to 175, what do i do to make it 175 without doing it in-game manually, only to be erased if I reset the server. Also, say i have the code to a new hero i downloaded (ex. Goku). How do i paste the code into the .cfg file i need to put it in.

browse to the file you want to edit, right click it and hit edit. When you are done with it save and close the window and smartftp should have a box up asking if you want to upload it back.

If you write the cvars into the shconfig.cfg it will be saved and you don't have to set it manually anymore ;)
