Hi,

I was wondering if there was a command/script/plugin to automatically load or unload a plugin when the map changes?

Example: I would like the checkpoints mod enabled when the server is on a XC map, but not when on a surf map. I would like deathmatch mod on when on a surf map and not a XC map.

I'm not always near a console so I was just wondering if there was a way to assign the mods to maps instead of loading/unloading the plugins manually.

you could create a map config and try that, its the only way I know how.

/maps/cfg/mapname.cfg

sm plugins unload pluginn-name
sm plugins load pluginn-name

maps/cfg/ must just be for GunGame then because I have custom gravity configs for maps in exactly that place on my server and it works well.

Map config plugins maybe or Mani Admin plugin use this path

do we have to add the .smx at the end of the cvar? like this, sm plugins unload pluginname.smx ?

No, just the name without .smx.

that scrds map cfg never worked for me, so i just used the map cfg plugin with prefixes, and i think that used /maps/cfg/
