Hero level restriction! Help plz!

My server has a hero named noob. I want to set an restriction to that hero after certain levels. For example, the current hero is available to player at level 8. I would like to restrict that hero when a player reach level 15. That means, the player will not be able to use that hero after level 15. Please help! Thank you for helping. I just got my sh server setted up, so please explain the solution in details.

go in the shero.cfg and put in with noob.cfg noob_pctperlev 15 then they won't be able to pick noob after that lvl ok

Thanks you for your help. I have successfully restriction the hero to certain level users. Yet, the problem is when player using noob gun, they won't get any xp at all. If there any way that i can fix that? Please help. Thank you for your time.
