You can save yourself by hitting space key repeatedly before die.
Struggle: Hit space(jump) as quick as possible when you incapped or grabbed by a smoker, ......

found a bug, when ridden by jockey progress bar gets full then resets, doesn't struggle free from jockey...possibly also create convars to allow either special infected struggling or just incap, or both, thanks again, good plugin...

Becuase jockey ride you again after you struggle, this can be solved.
