Please let me know if I need to wait for a source mod update or if there is a work around for sourcemod 1.3.6 to workwith this latest winter TF2 update.

You need to update Metamod Source to the latest version from http://www.metamodsource.net/snapshots

(We had 1.8.4 went to 1.8.5)
