to hide hud fully and disable the votes . because they cant be seen , these are the commands :

sm_cvar sv_disable_glow_survivors 1
sm_cvar sv_disable_glow_faritems 1
sm_cvar sv_rescue_disabled 1
sm_cvar z_non_head_damage_factor_multiplier 0.5
sm_cvar z_head_damage_causes_wounds 1
sm_cvar z_use_next_difficulty_damage_factor 1
sm_cvar z_witch_always_kills 1
sm_cvar z_difficulty Impossible
sm_cvar cl_drawhud 0
sm_cvar hidehud 64
sm_cvar sv_glowenable 0
sm_cvar sv_allow_votes 0

this should make the game look like in the shown video

Hi thanks for the quick reply, but sm_cvar cl_drawhud 0 does not work. I cannot force it onto clients and they cannot set it because the server requires sv_cheats 1, which I do not want to set. I guess thats the only way though?

sm_cvar hidehud 64 should work O_O im using it in a custom mutation and its working

about cl_drawhud 0 i think it doesnt want sv_cheats 1

but they should work with the cvar commands , will test it out my self

if u add the commands to a cfg , write the commands in the cfg , and than write exec nameofcfg.cfg it should work , its working on local and on dedicated , when write in console

Weird it still doesn't work. I am running a local dedicated server which has SM. I don't have SM installed to my local copy of the game which I play with. Is that the problem?

I wish to force no hud on all the clients, without them having to download any addons. When I force cl_drawhud 0, the client receives an error stating sv_cheats 1 must be enabled.



When I enter into the console this comes up:
[SM] Unable to find cvar: cl_drawhud


When I execute the cfg most work, except cl_drawhud 0 and hidehud 64 (The latter works when I use the plugin from this thread). This is what I see in console:
[SM] Executed config "hud.cfg".
[SM] Console: Changed cvar "sv_disable_glow_survivors" to "1".
[SM] Console: Changed cvar "sv_disable_glow_faritems" to "1".
[SM] Console: Changed cvar "sv_rescue_disabled" to "1".

thats strange , maybe its because dedicated server disables some of the commands like the custom glow config , and most of the cl_ commands thats bad it seems its working only for local servers

Only way I can think would be to create a custom VPK addon to make all the hud elements, but that is client sided and the VPK addon required.

Is there any way to make something like sv_disable_glow_survivors for the infecteds?

The infecteds cannot see the survivors.
