VACNET Message inside Console Log

Anyone know anything about this showing up inside of my console.log file? I've never seen this message before, this is on a fresh CS:GO server.

VACNET level init. Sending data via webapi

I have a console.log file from 3/4/22 and it doesn't contain this message at all so I'm wondering if it's a new update.
