Have you tried changing the map without metamod/sourcemod running? Easily disable them by renaming the addons folder and reboot the server. Could at least help you narrow down the problem.

hey how much ram are you using?
I used to run a server with ram being pushed to the limit, and that is one of the ways I got segmentation faults on map change.

That could be the case. The server's running on a CentOS 6.5 virtual machine. I believe I gave it 2gb of mem. I can check. Also, I don't know what command shows how much memory is being used so I might not be able to determine if srcds is running out of RAM.

2 gb of memory should be fine for 1 or 2 servers I think but it always depends on the map, plugins, and player slot count.

I type "top" in my putty to see the ram usage. Not sure what it is for Centos but I'm sure google will show you how.

Top works just fine actually. Thanks. I'll check mem usage before and during map change.

Just tried that. Same error including randomly generated number before seg fault.

It's a bug with the latest update, People on the HLDS list of mentioned it to affect Windows 08 servers more than linux but I've noticed it a couple of times when doing changelevel.

Edit: Seems 4584 SM and latest MM seem to of fixed the issue.
