Any sourcemod command also works with ! or / in the chat, just try it ;)

question: with some strange nicknames it doesn't work. when I then use the steamID instead of the nick (i. e. !addfriend STEAM_0:0:1618xxxxx) it says "[SM] Usage: sm_addfriend <players> (<target>)", so it seems to don't accept steamIDs - any idea? and what does "@targets" mean?

You can also use the userid with a # in front (from status in console).
Or you copy/paste the weird nickname.. that always works for me.

copy and paste doesn't work sometimes for any reason, so I'll check that out with # in front of those IDs - thanks.

Open up your addons\sourcemod\configs\adminmenu_custom.txt and put this code in it (if U wanna use it as an admin and wanna add friends for yourself):
