Change server accuracy and no blur

I'm looking at a plugin who changes the server accuracy/precision with all weapons to 80% and keeps the blur (AWP/Scout scope) like the "weapon_accuracy_nospread 1" (no blur)

It's the first who I tried.. Only one thing its wrong, scope with blur :/
