[HELP] Snow in Surf_ski_2

Hi all, sorry for my bad english. I have server and it's always running in surf_ski_2 map. I can't make snow , i was trying command cl_weather 3 , then plugins - result is negative. Any ideas?

i think it is impossible ... but here is a map surf_ski_2_snow or something i dont remember

Still doesn't work. In maps like de_dust plugins works fine, but in surf_ski_2 not ;(
