I intensively tested the game with mods present on multiple official and custom campaigns and I am 100% sure, mods are not what's causing this crash. Going to finally install sourcemod 1.11 as Marttt suggested alongside metamod and finally test the plugins I'm using one by one.

One question though regarding metamod.vdf. Do I use the one that comes along with SM and MM download or do I need to make it on my own.

There is no need to delete the stock one for L4D2 in my experience. Is there a specific reason why you recommended it?

As for the crashes, you need to install accalarator extension. It will allow you to pin point where the crash happens rather than this needle in the haystack approach.

I always delete, don't know if should work with the vanilla vtf that comes with sourcemod but I always create eh version in the site that Dragokas linked.

Anyway if you still got issues, install accelerator or try to do the "half plugins" test, probably you have a plugin crashing the server then.

You should test with default sourcemod plugins to check if this error still persists

Accelerator? I've never heard/use such thing before, is there a guide or more info regarding this? As for the crash test, its taking a little time coz I'm playing and testing the plugins in several full play to really make sure there's no crash rather than just playing about 5-10 minutes and if it doesn't crash, "oh good", just to have another crash at some point in future play.

But all and all, so far I'm progressing fine and I might have an idea what's causing the crash but not really sure yet. I will tell more once I'm done.
