Best public anti-cheat to use

i know there is Cow Anti-Cheat (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=2574907) and SourceMod Anti-Cheat (https://forums.alliedmods.net/forumdisplay.php?f=133)

i was wondering which is better to use?
are they cpu intensive?
any other public anti cheat that i do not know about and should know about?
will be using it on CSGO server

Also are the bhop anti-cheat built into these anti-cheat on par with plugins like
