I would like to have a shop with soccerjam
but to do so I need these stat to give money aswell as xp

Soccerjam give you xp for for stealing the ball, making a goal save, or making a goal.

I would like to have coded add into the sma that gives the player money aswell as the xp it normally.

I gave you my plugin because it has an option to communicate with other plugins. You can use it inside the soccerjam plugin and it will give XP when you want it to. Just add #include <customshop> and use the function cshop_give_points(id, amount) to give the XP when needed (see when the player gets XP in the code).
