[AMXX] Plugin uses an unknown function (name "cs_get_user_money") - check your modules.ini. (plugin "kz_multiplugin.amxx")

Ive followed all the setups and posts..and thats the error i get...help?

you need the CS and CSX modules. search the forums.

Are you sure you're using AMX Mod X and not AMX Mod?

It's gotta be AMXX with an error starting with

[AMXX], wouldn't you think?

Lol why do you have !PLUG infront of your post? You are not supposed to , only moderators can do that , you can get in trouble for that. To get your plugin accepted , a moderator / administrator has to do it.
