Hi, I just made a CS 1.6 dedicated server and I can't fiend it on internet server list but I find it in LAN server list.
I have a cable internet connection, but all my block neighbors have the same IP as mine.
A port forwarding tester says: Port 80 is closed on "my IP"

setmaster doesn't work anymore since what? 4 years? Where did you download that server from?

I have downloaded it from the internet, ready server (uploaded in 2010 to 2014 not sure). So if setmaster does not work what should I do?

Download it via steamcmd, all required files can be found at steampowered.com

Note: ignore the anonymous login suggestion in the install instructions. It seems that this causes problems on many servers. Use your real steamaccount data.

FYI, port 80 is used for a web server (http) and is not used by HLDS at all.
