Sometimes we're playing Engineer and that damn Scout takes the Teleporter over the Medic or Heavy.
I was playing on a pub and I had 4 bad snipers on my team and I really wished they could switch classes. Another man overheard me bitching about said 4 sniper and blurted out "if only you could filter teleporters..."

Thus, I present the Teleporter Filter!
this plugin allows Engineers to filter who can take their teleporters whether by name or by class.

sm_admin_telefilterreset: an Admin command, forcefully resets player's Teleporter Filter.
sm_telefilter: let's you filter players by name or class from using your teleporters.
sm_resettelefilter: Let's you reset your Teleporter Filter.
For the sake of preventing trolling or griefing, I'd added some precautions to the plugin.
One precaution is that Engineers cannot block over 50% (by default, is a cvar) of their team
Another precaution is that Admins can forcefully reset any or all Engineer tele filters back to nothing.
Example usage: "!telefilter scouts" - this command will block all the scouts on your team from using your teleporter
another one: "!telefilter asshole" - this will block the player named asshole from using your teleporter
