You can set other flag by overrides only

So my first GO server here... not sure how exactly to get the plugin to work.

- Installed dhooks-1.0.12-alpha to appropriate locations.
- Installed admin-allspec to appropriate locations.
- I'm admin by the "z" root flag, tried "abcdefghijklmn" ... cheats flag for sourcemod I believe is "n"
- I also changed the offsets to what PlasterR posted above me for csgo.

I join the server, join a team, added some bots and kill myself. I'm only able to spectate my own team "as desired for normal players."

sm plugins and sm exts show both of these as loaded.

It's easy enough to setup a test SRCDS and try stuff out
