help find a knive plugin

i have seen this plugin on a server once...

if i had a knive and i was aiming at some one i coud press "E" and he woud get up a question... bla bla wanna challange you do you accsept... if he pressed yes (1) no one coud attack them... what is the name of this plugin?

if it dont exist or it was a private plugin then NM

i was thinking that use "E" than ONLY you and him u challenge can knife while other ppl are playing...
