Counter-Strike GameServer

I'm in need of a 5-10 slot game server to test my current plug-ins as I need to test with real players instead of bots as there are limitations.

I've got very limited funds to hire a server otherwise I'd hire one.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I bought a server here some months ago. Really cheap and easy. You get free FastDL, Gamepanel, and access to FTP.
I only bought 1 week because i wanted to test some CS:GO mods. It only costed me 1 euro.
