• Do not use the huge .amxx file, download the .sma file (source code) and the .inc file to compile locally.
• Add the plugin's name in your plugins.ini file.
• Put the .txt file in the data/lang folder (it's the multilingual file, you may add your server's language if available).
• Put the .cfg (configuration) file in the configs folder.
• Extract the archive (.zip) in your mod's directory cstrike or czero.
• Restart server or change map.

That's all.
