How to make a mod make client that connects a server, download a model, and see the CT (or T) as the model I've chosen, when the file (model) is located at models/ folder in the FTP?

Note: Basically, I want someone to explain to me how models work, how can I make ppl download a model and have it when they're T or CT depend (how I script it in the mode), or see other ppl when they're T or CT in a mode?

I know.I went there and there is only the zip file and the .sma file.what can i do now?
