After some time randomly people can't connect to my servers(not all of them at the same time). I don't know the cause of this and I think it started maybe after the last CS:GO Update?

The client loads and instantly goes to the main menu, nothing is found on server console.
Can someone confirm this? I can Only fix this by restarting the server. Also (I can't confirm) I think people that are already connected lose all their permissions/flags after changing map.
