What should I use? A database, or a File Vault? Here are things to be noted:

1. I'd rather choose a free option.

2. I'm saving experience, which is a value I cannot afford to be erased.

3. Should be immune to sm plugins reload.

Here's the AmxModX version of it, I intend to translate it to SourceMod:

A local sqlite database is going to be a considerably better option than whatever fvault is.

Just go to the link, it will work exactly the same in SourceMod. It is a data saving include based on server files.

Can you think about pros and cons of both methods?

why do you keep on asking this question?
why don't you answer your own question about sqlite?

I don't understand what you are saying. I just want to know which option is safer, is less likely to erase data and faster.

sqlite, sqlite, and sqlite respectively.

clientprefs uses sqlite and is also a perfectly fine option.

Because those questions were already answered in your other thread. The answer is use clientprefs until you come up with something clientprefs can't do for you.
