If you had searched, you would have found that someone is attempting to guess your rcon password. Put this in your server.cfg file and then you can disregard those messages

still its coming

Like I said, ignore it. Once you have blanked the password, they have no chance of guessing it

EDIT: You can always ban the IP as well

sv_rcon_banpenalty 5 --- Number of minutes that a player can be banned 1 - 60 max sv_rcon_maxfailures 10 --- Number of times a player can retry to enter a password 1 - 20 max before being banned. sv_rcon_minfailures 5 --- Number of times a player can retry to enter a password 1 - 20 max before being banned. sv_rcon_minfailuretime 30 --- Number of seconds that a player has to wait until entering a password again 1 second - 60 minutes max.

if you feel you need an rcon_password, set up restrictions, just dont get it wrong, because it will ipban you.

I've also started to get this messages, and these messages started after I updated to -beta hlbeta

How do I ban that basterd who is trying to hack my server? I've tryed amx_addip amx_addban but no result, he still getting through, I've also setup the rcon restrictions..

Two solutions - or make extra-strong RCON password (something like HSh26eg^&#fj - no one will ever be close to guess that) or leave it blank. We repeat that you can freely ignore those messages, many of server's admins get such messages everyday too.

Your server is just one of thousands, because HLBrute created for guessing passwords for LIST of servers.
