This would basically be a AIO C4 plugin.

It shud allow players to:
Buy C4 (amx_buyc4)
Plant it anywhere on the map (plant_anywhere -- sv_c4plant doesnt work)
Plant it on walls (sillyc4)
Allows CTs to carry C4s (ctbombstealer)
Recieve kills from the bomb (c4_kill)
Drop bomb when AFK (afkbomb)
Change the money rewarded (amx_plant_bonus)
Forces Cts to choose a right wire (cut_the_right)
Random c4 timer (RC4)

Round doesnt end and it just kills every1 in range (Possible?)
Plant it on ne (non-de_) type of map (N/A)

Lastly, phew, everything controlled by organized cvars (amx_c4_xxx). I guess i shud leave dat to the coder.
