No need to make, just a shortcut.

Or Just Type:

bind p "+place_station"

Now aim at the place where, you want to place them and press p there.
You can set any key, p is just example.

but how do I add health/charge to them tried the E key but don't get anything out of them?

makes the sound like halflife but nothing.
