My plugin cant detect waiting cheats. Sorry for disinformation. But still prevent all types of crithacks.

What if cmdnum will increment only with gaps? It is possibility for cheating.

It's possible, but probably better to stick with blocking rather than detecting in that case.

Most of the cheats seem to rely on the same techniques. So they will all be detected.

This version wasnt tested, but you can do w\e you want.
BTW SMAC has simple anticrit hack module http://godtony.mooo.com/smac/plugins/smac_eyetest.smx which dont give 100% assurance that crithackers will be caught or blocked.
