I just installed Half-Life Dedicated Server with SteamCMD and wanted to make a CS 1.6 online server (not lan). When I double-click hlds.exe the menu pops up and when I click "Start Server" another box saying "Starting dedicated server..." pops up but then disappears and nothing happens. Does anyone have a solid fix?

I can't remember if the SteamCMD glitch exists on Windows but you may need to run the command several times (until it stops downloading new files) to get the whole server.
