I can confirm this bug is present when the setting to not enable alltalk pre-round is set. Right after versus round end alltalk is disabled but then immediately re-enabled as if the plug-in ignored that this setting was set. Alltalk is then disabled once the round start event occurs (again acting as if this setting were not set in the .cfg)
