I tried two of the old versions the one on the front page and the one from Connor but nothing is heard even though it says the plugin is working...

I couldn't fix it! The files are downloaded from the server, the plugin says that it works, no errors appear, and yet nothing is heard. Rather, the problem is that the plugin is too old. I'll try to release it for editing on a newer site and see what happens

I am using the last posted version from modest Agent3554 and love it. Retested original. Did not hear anything until about 3 map changes and cvar, amx_bulletwhizz_dis, increase.

Yes! Finally. I was floored how it mimics CS:GO on the dot. Being a fan I expanded it to handle multiple mods instead of just cstrike and to help with issue like yours, it will pause and log if one of the files is missing on precache. There was a double filter I took out. This plugin has been a personal favorite for a good 20 years.

Apparently something doesn't want to precache and stay on pause, but Agent3554's works for me now.

I like Agent's version too but it is strictly for CS. The precache, thanks for heads up. Corrected it.

This plugin started spamming my server console and I stopped it.
Too old i think...
performance issue. Function Event_CurWeapon executed more than 1.2ms.

The optimized version of Amxx uniquely causes it's own spam via logging; without mitigation, last time I checked. It is a bit of a misnomer because a delay from a task will reflect there.
